Method # 2: Manually Deleting your Online Activity

Cleaning up your browser’s cookies, electronic niblets that track online activities, allow you to be on safe side. The steps to delete your browsing history are given below:

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click More icon on upper right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Under Clear Browsing Data category, click the Choose what to clear button.
  4. Check-up all the boxes; click Clear.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the Menu icon (three dots) on upper right corner.
  2. Select More Tools | Clear browsing data.
  3. Check-up all boxes and then click Clear browsing data button.

Opera

  1. Click the Menu icon on the upper left.
  2. Select More Tools | Clear browsing data.
  3. Choose the beginning of time option under the Obliterate the following items for drop down box.
  4. Click Clear browsing data.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Press Alt key to show menu bar.
  2. Click the History menu.
  3. Select Clear browsing history option.
  4. Select Everything in the Time range to clear drop down box.
  5. Click Clear Now.

Internet Explorer

  1. Press Alt key to show menu bar.
